Three stars because it's a genuine product — just not a particularly effective one for my body chemistry.
The effects are so subtle I'm not sure whether it's working or whether I'm just sleeping better.
Not convinced this is making a real difference for me. Might be more effective for others.
My energy is perhaps slightly better but it could just be improved hydration and nothing more.
