Return Eligibility
To qualify:
- Product must be unopened, unused, and sealed
- Packaging must be in the original condition
- Opened jars cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
- We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked or a similar tracked service
- Keep your receipt until we confirm the return
How Refunds Work
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refund will be issued as store credit
- No restocking fees
- Processing time: 3–7 working days after the returned item arrives
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is applied
