Where is Nature Elixirs based?
Nature Elixirs Ltd is based at 264 Brixton Road, London SW9 6AQ, United Kingdom. All UK orders are dispatched from London by Royal Mail Tracked.
How do I get the lab report for my batch?
Find the batch number printed on the base of your jar. The current batch, SJ2509, is published in full on our Lab Reports page. If your jar shows a different number, email info@natureelixirs.com and we will send you that batch's report.
How can I track my order?
Go to our Track Your Order page and enter your order number with the email address or phone number used at checkout, or enter your Royal Mail tracking number.
How do I return an order?
You can return an order within 28 days of receiving it. Read our Return and Refund Policy for the conditions, then contact us with your order number before sending anything back.
Can I ask questions before buying?
