From order to doorstep
Orders are processed within one working day; orders placed after 2pm are processed the next working day. Your jar is then sent from London by Royal Mail Tracked, and UK delivery normally takes 1 to 3 working days.

03 · Tracking statuses
What your tracking status means
| Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Ordered | We've received your order. | Nothing yet. It will be processed within one working day. |
| Order ready | Your parcel is packed and waiting for Royal Mail collection. | Tracking updates usually begin once Royal Mail scans it. |
| In transit | Royal Mail has your parcel and it is moving through the network. | No action needed. It can show this status for a day or two. |
| Out for delivery | Your parcel is with your local delivery office and due today. | Make sure someone can receive it, or check your safe place. |
| Delivered | Royal Mail has recorded the delivery. | Not received? Check with neighbours and your safe place, then contact us. |
| Delivery attempted | Royal Mail couldn't deliver and will usually leave a card. | Follow the card to rearrange delivery or collect from the delivery office. |
| No recent update | The parcel hasn't been scanned for a while. | Allow one or two working days, then contact us with your order number. |
Status names in the tracker can vary slightly depending on the latest Royal Mail scan.

What to do if your parcel is late or missing
Check the tracker above first. If your parcel hasn't arrived after the expected delivery time, or shows as delivered but you can't find it, email info@natureelixirs.com with your order number and we'll investigate with Royal Mail for you.

Delivery and tracking questions
How do I track my Nature Elixirs order?
Enter your order number together with the email address or phone number you used at checkout in the tracker on this page. You can also enter the Royal Mail tracking number from your dispatch email on its own.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is in the order confirmation email we send when you place your order. If you created an account, you can also find it under My Account.
How long does UK delivery take?
Orders are processed within one working day, and orders placed after 2pm are processed the next working day. UK delivery by Royal Mail Tracked normally takes 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Is UK delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free on all orders to the UK, including Northern Ireland, and every parcel is fully tracked by Royal Mail.
Do you deliver to Europe?
Yes. We ship to EU countries by Royal Mail International, normally within 5 to 10 working days. EU shipping charges are shown at checkout.
My tracking has not updated. What should I do?
Tracking can pause for a day or two while a parcel moves between Royal Mail sites. If there is still no update after two working days, email info@natureelixirs.com with your order number and we will look into it.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Email info@natureelixirs.com with your order number, and a photo if the parcel is damaged. We will investigate with Royal Mail and help you resolve it.
