HIIT sessions that used to leave me floored for the rest of the day now just leave me pleasantly tired.

Bought this after my husband complained of low energy for months. Within three weeks he was a different person.

My husband was reluctant but agreed to try it. Now he orders it himself and won't go without it.

Visible change within two weeks — he's more present, more energetic and noticeably more positive.

My physiotherapist was surprised at how quickly I bounced back from a muscle strain. Likely the shilajit.

The packaging is premium but the contents haven't delivered the results I was paying for.

My focus during work has improved somewhat. Not a dramatic transformation but genuinely helpful.

I was hoping for more dramatic results but the moderate and steady improvement is genuinely useful.

The resin quality is clearly superior to cheaper brands I've tried — the colour, texture and potency all stand out.

Three generations of my family now take this — it's that effective and that trustworthy a product.
