Woke up at 5:30am for the first time in years feeling actually ready to start the day rather than dreading it.
My gym performance was plateauing for months. Since adding shilajit I've broken three personal records.
Three kids under five and I'm finally keeping up with them. This has been a genuine game changer for me.
Compared to the cheap imitations I wasted money on before, this is in a completely different league.
My nutritionist recommended this and after three months I completely understand why.
The courier tracking was accurate to the hour and the product arrived in perfect condition.
My personal records in the gym have been falling consistently since the third week on shilajit.
The combination of better sleep, higher energy and improved motivation has completely transformed my daily output.
I work 10-hour shifts and used to feel completely drained by 3pm. That's completely changed since starting this.
Four stars for honest, moderate results. Not a miracle supplement but a genuinely useful one.
