My physiotherapist was surprised at how quickly I bounced back from a muscle strain. Likely the shilajit.
I've been recommending this to everyone at my running club. The results in training have been too good not to share.
The combination with good hydration and sleep really amplifies the results. It's not magic but it's close.
The change in my partner's energy and enthusiasm has been remarkable. I'm so glad I found this product.
Opened the jar and immediately knew this was genuine — the smell and consistency are unmistakably authentic.
The cardio endurance improvement took about two weeks to kick in but now it's significant and consistent.
Three generations of my family now take this — it's that effective and that trustworthy a product.
My blood pressure and resting heart rate have both improved since starting. I track both obsessively.
Everything about this brand suggests they care about quality and their customers. The product reflects that.
