Return Eligibility

To qualify:

• Product must be unopened, unused, and sealed
• Packaging must be in the original condition
• Opened jars cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons

Return Shipping Costs

• Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
• We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked or a similar tracked service
• Keep your receipt until we confirm the return

How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Refund will be issued as store credit
• No restocking fees
• Processing time: 3–7 working days after the returned item arrives
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is applied
