Our story · Nature Elixirs UK
About Nature Elixirs: Pure Himalayan Shilajit Resin.
Nature Elixirs sells one product, and we keep it simple on purpose: pure Himalayan shilajit resin with nothing mixed in. We collect and purify it at our own facility, have every batch tested by an independent laboratory, publish the reports, and send each jar from London.
01 · Who we are
Who is Nature Elixirs?
Nature Elixirs is a UK shilajit brand run by Nature Elixirs Ltd in London and founded by Imran Bahadur. We started in 2021, serving customers in person, and have served more than 5,000 customers through that physical business. Our online store opened in 2025.
We sell one product: Pure Himalayan Shilajit Resin. Keeping the range small lets us control the whole chain, from collection and purification at our own facility in Pakistan to testing, packing and dispatch from London.
Because the online store is newer than the business behind it, our online review history is still growing. We'd rather you judge us on what you can check today: the batch reports, the certificates and the way we answer your questions.
02 · From the founder
Why I started Nature Elixirs
I wanted to sell shilajit the way I'd want to buy it. That means resin you can see, a batch number on every jar and a lab report you can read for yourself. It also means nothing added to make the jar heavier or the taste easier. If you like it sweeter, stir in honey yourself. Then you always know exactly how much shilajit you're taking.
We're a young brand online, and we're still improving every month. What won't change is that the jar contains shilajit resin, and only shilajit resin.
03 · Our standard
Pure shilajit resin, with nothing added
Our jar contains shilajit resin and nothing else: no honey, no sweeteners, no oils and no bulking ingredients. You choose what to mix it with, so you always know how much shilajit is in each serving.
Shilajit is sold in many forms. Some products are blends, where shilajit is mixed with honey, syrups or other ingredients. There's nothing wrong with enjoying shilajit with honey, but when it's pre-mixed, part of the weight on the label isn't shilajit, and it's hard to tell how much you're actually getting.
We think the ratio should be your decision. So we sell the resin on its own and leave the mixing to you.
-
What's in the jar
Purified Himalayan shilajit resin. That's the whole ingredient list.
-
What isn't
No honey, sugar or syrups, no carrier oils, no fillers, no capsules and no flavourings.
-
What you can add
Warm water, herbal tea, warm milk or a little honey, in whatever amount you prefer.
04 · The jar
What 30g of pure resin really means
A 30g jar holds 30g of shilajit resin. At our suggested 250 to 500 mg a day, that's roughly 60 to 120 servings, depending on how much you take.
| Daily amount | Servings per jar | Roughly lasts |
|---|---|---|
| 250 mg (starting amount) | About 120 | About 4 months |
| 500 mg (upper suggested amount) | About 60 | About 2 months |
Simple arithmetic: 30g divided by the daily amount. See how to use shilajit resin for measuring and preparing a serving.
05 · Traceability
From the mountain to your jar
We don't buy finished resin on the open market. Himalayan Healing, our own operation in Pakistan, collects and purifies the resin. Each batch is tested by an independent laboratory before release, and Nature Elixirs Ltd sends it to you from London.
-
Collection
Raw resin is collected at altitude in the Himalayan range.
Our operation -
Purification
It is filtered and purified at our facility using a traditional cold-water method, then dried to a finished resin.
Our operation -
Batch numbering
Each production run becomes a numbered batch. The number is printed on the base of every jar.
Our operation -
Independent testing
A sample from the batch goes to an accredited third-party laboratory. We don't test our own product and call it independent.
Third party -
Review and release
The batch is only released once the report is in and reviewed, and then the report is published.
Our operation -
Dispatch from London
Jars are packed and sent by Royal Mail Tracked from London.

Questions about Nature Elixirs
Who owns Nature Elixirs?
Nature Elixirs is run by Nature Elixirs Ltd, based in London, and was founded by Imran Bahadur. The resin is collected and purified by Himalayan Healing, our own production operation in Pakistan.
Is anything added to Nature Elixirs shilajit?
No. The jar contains purified Himalayan shilajit resin only, with no honey, sweeteners, oils or bulking ingredients. If you prefer it sweeter, you can add honey yourself when you prepare a serving.
Where does your shilajit come from?
It is collected at altitude in the Himalayan range and purified at our own facility in Pakistan using a cold-water method. Each batch is then tested by an independent laboratory and dispatched from London.
Is Nature Elixirs shilajit lab tested?
Yes. Each batch is tested by an independent, accredited laboratory before release. The current batch, SJ2509, was tested by AGROLAB LUFA GmbH, and the full report is published on our Lab Reports page.
Why does Nature Elixirs have fewer online reviews than some brands?
Our business started in 2021 and has served more than 5,000 customers in person, but our online store only opened in 2025, so our online review history is still growing. Our lab reports and certificates are published so you can check the product directly.
Is Nature Elixirs the same as Nature's Elixirs?
No. Nature Elixirs, trading at natureelixirs.com, is a separate UK business and is not connected to Nature's Elixirs or any other similarly named company.
